The Shoalhaven Greens is starting 2023 stronger than ever with two high-quality candidates running in the upcoming state election – Amanda Findley for South Coast and Tonia Gray for Kiama. Both would make amazing state members so check out their campaign info under the state election tab.
The state campaigns follow on a successful 2022. Just a few highlights:
- The first year of a Greens led Council for the Shoalhaven led by Mayor Amanda Findley with support from Councillors Tonia Gray (Ward 1), Evan Christen (Ward 2), and Moo Dath (Ward 3).
- Projects advanced by Council include new community information hubs, a new solar farm, and work to maintain Council control of agritourism, maintain the character of our villages and promote sustainable development.
- Support of many community campaigns such as Manyana Matters, the Huskisson Heritage Association, and the Callala Environmental Alliance – to name just a few!
