Join the Gilmore Greens election campaign to watch the recently released Australian doco, How to Poison a Planet.
The doco is an investigation by The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age journalist Carrie Fellner in collaboration with director Katrina McGowan of iKandy Films looking at the years-long search for justice as thousands of communities worldwide have discovered their blood, properties and water supplies are contaminated with PFAS (also known as the ‘forever chemicals’). The Aboriginal Community in Wreck Bay, Booderee National Park, is one of these communities.
After the film, Clive Freeman, activist and Traditional Owner from Wreck Bay will speak at a Q&A session. He will be joined by Debbie Killian, Greens Candidate for Gilmore.
