Renowned Sydney restauranteur and Bendalong resident John Fink (think Otto and Quay) will be cooking a gourmet feast to remember. John is loved for his ability to cook up a storm at his famous parties. His food is fantastic and will include vegan and vegetarian options.

Delicious dessert ice-cream will be provided by Clyde River Berry Farm.

A range of soft drinks and water will also be provided. BYOG if you wish!

The entertainment

Dance the night away with tunes from:

Mark King, The Didgeridoo Academy
Three Handed Beat Bandits
Southern Seagrass Bluegrass
Hot Molly (aka The Hot Club de Mollymook)
DJ and sax player extraordinaire Paul Chenard
Special guest, world-famous one-armed tenor sax player, Neill Duncan (world premiere musical extravaganza!)
